A recent study has revealed that the experiences of companies who have recruited foreign talent are very positive – with only 6 per cent reporting that their experiences were negative. The majority, around 60 per cent, have recruited foreigners directly to the company. Just over 20 per cent have used foreign temporary labour, and a quarter have done both.
